In Houston, TX the insurance adjuster acknowledged that there was hail damage to this 150 square flat modified bitumen roof. But then they backtracked and reversed course, by sending out an insurance engineer to inspect.

The engineer said that there was hail but that it didn’t damage the roof. He took samples to test in a lab for hail and we are awaiting his results.

In the meantime, we are gathering our own documentation in anticipation of a denial by the insurance company. If they deny it based on the engineer’s findings, we will submit our findings to the carrier directly and go from there.

Strategy. Consistency. Diligence. Dedication. And most importantly of all, putting in the HARD WORK… that’s REQUIRED… to WIN IN THIS GAME!
